Bite Me Kindle Case Insert | Kindle Paper White, Scribe, & Oasis

So I ordered 2 of these. The first one (roses) I received and the 2nd one being the vampire fangs one, which I didn’t receive. I have sent this seller 2 messages about this and nothing. I messaged the seller about specs of my order before I ordered and they answered all questions. However..I asked about my second item not being delivered and no answer. I believe I started reaching out wednesday/Thursday with no answer. It sucks because I was excited to decorate my kindle. However…she told me that the insert wouldn’t go up the sides of the kindle case, but it doesn’t even reach the edge of the kindle case on the back. These have potential to be good inserts but they dont even meet the demensions to cover the entire thing. If the seller does contact me an resolve this I may upgrade my review. But until then 1 star
